Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for PSARA License Application is Mutual Understanding between Security Training Institute and Private Security Agency for conducting regular Training of Guard, Supervisor, and Owner as per The Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Rules of the State. Every Person/Company who is applying for New/Renewal of PSARA License of any State of India required MoU with Training Institute. Thus, Training Institute who is Recognized by PSARA Act/Central/State Government is eligible for the MoU.
